Furniture and Large Item Delivery

Certain furniture and larger items are delivered via dedicated specialist carriers. These services are arranged to ensure safe handling and placement of products in your home. When ordering such items, you will be contacted by the specialist delivery team to schedule a delivery date that is convenient for you.

Each product page indicates which delivery type applies, and this information is also visible during the checkout process.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

For products that are made to order or available on pre-order, production and dispatch timelines are confirmed once your order is accepted. Delivery arrangements for these items are made after manufacturing is complete, and you will be contacted to organise a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Restrictions
